6) Data Processing for Account Creation and Contract Execution

According to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or the opening of a customer account. The specific data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller listed above. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully executed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked and deleted after the applicable tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further data use permitted by law.

7) Use of Customer Data for Direct Marketing

7.1 Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only required information for receiving the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. 7.2 Sending Newsletters to Existing Customers
